What you'll be doing
You'll work directly on client-facing products — custom applications, internal tools, and infrastructure that real businesses run on. No maintenance queues. No ticket purgatory.
What we're looking for
You're comfortable moving between the frontend and backend without losing the thread. You write code you'd be willing to defend in a code review, and you flag problems before they become someone else's emergency.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development (or equivalent real-world work)
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Firebase / Firestore or similar real-time databases
- Solid understanding of Node.js and REST API design/consumption
- Ability to design and implement features end-to-end without heavy oversight
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong debugging skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern utility-first CSS frameworks
- Exposure to authentication systems and user access control
- Familiarity with cloud functions or serverless architecture
- Experience deploying and maintaining production applications
- Understanding of performance optimization and scalability considerations
- Eye for UI/UX — you notice when something feels off and fix it
What it looks like day to day
